In the event of a resale of your property, the equity contribution is 80% refundable equal to the actual contribution amount paid by the resale seller at the time the membership was originally acquired. The purchaser of a resale property can only obtain a membership classification up to the category of membership owned by the resale seller at the time of sale.

All classifications of Equity Membership are subject to a $990 plus tax annual Service Charge in lieu of automatic service charges on individual receipts each time a member utilizes a food & beverage venue at the Club. Private parties are subject to 20% service charges and an equity member private party incentive program is in place.

RESIDENT RESALE INFORMATION

. Once buyer has signed purchase agreement, buyer must complete an Equity
Membership Application with the Membership Office and submit a $150 fee
payable by personal check) to process a background screening.

dated to correspond to closing date.

. Annual Membership Dues and Service Charge Program fees are prorated from
date of closing through October 31 and billed to member’s account.
