Jean-Luc Andriot
When he was a child in Paris, waking to the wonderful smells coming from his parents’ bakery, Jean-Luc Andriot was paying attention. By watching how his mother and father interacted with customers, he started to learn what consumers wanted and how to present these goods and services in the best manner. Several decades and careers later, Jean-Luc is applying those lessons to provide premier real estate services to buyers and sellers in the Boca Raton area. Using his organization skills, attention to detail, reliability and patience, Jean-Luc is dedicated to providing all of his clients with excellent professional advice and guidance to ensure every real estate transaction goes smoothly.
After receiving degrees in cooking, pastry and restaurant floor management from Ecole Hoteliere – Jean Drouant, France’s premier professional cooking school, Jean-Luc ran a hotel restaurant and became a karate champion in the French military before joining Club Med. As the Food & Beverage Manager, Jean-Luc managed operations at several of the resort’s locations including the Bahamas, Brazil, France, Morocco, Portugal, Switzerland and the United States. This experience in food services eventually led Jean-Luc to New York City, where he partnered with two friends and opened Trois Jean Restaurant in 1992. The French bistro and pastry shop became a sensation that became a $2.2 million sales business with 40 employees and an international reputation. After selling the restaurant in 2000, Jean Luc founded a consulting and management company that brought him to Florida.
From pastry student to soldier to manager to restaurant owner, Jean Luc combined all of his knowledge and previous experiences to become a real estate specialist who constantly exceeds the expectations of his clients. To meet the particular needs of buyers and sellers, Jean-Luc specializes in luxury homes, waterfront and estate properties in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream, Deerfield Beach and Hillsboro Beach. |
